SEOUL (Reuters) - Samsung Electronics Co Ltd <005930.KS> on Wednesday flagged a smaller-than-expected fall in quarterly operating profit, indicating that memory chip prices bottomed out quicker than analysts had anticipated, strengthening hopes of a recovery.
