Tata Sons to pump Rs 6,500 cr into Tata Motors

In one of the biggest fund infusions by Tata Sons into flagship Tata Motors this fiscal, the parent will pump Rs 6,495 crore into the automaker to strengthen its balance sheet. Tata Sons will route the funds by subscribing to equity shares worth Rs 3,025 crore and warrants worth Rs 3,470 crore of Tata Motors. ​
