RIL to acquire UK toy-maker Hamleys for Rs 620 cr

Reliance Brands Limited, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries, said on Thursday it will acquire Hamleys Global Holdings Limited, the owner of British toy brand Hamleys, for an undisclosed amount.
