New research from the privately-run Azim Premji University shows that the unemployment rate that’s hit 5 per cent in 2015, is highest in 20 years.Despite a growth rate of 7 per cent, employment rate improved by less than 1 per cent.The main reason is a mismatch between skills and “good jobs".
