Fed out of control, but won't fire Powell, says Trump on US stock slump

President Donald Trump slammed the US Federal Reserve, saying the central bank was "out of control" but ruled out firing its head Jerome Powell. "I think the Fed is out of control. I think what they're doing is wrong.
