Infosys loses arbitration, ordered to pay former CFO Rs 12.20 crore

Former Infosys CFO Rajiv Bansal dragged the company to arbitration after he was paid Rs 5 crore upon leaving the company, whereas he stood to receive Rs 17.38 crore, the equivalent of 24 months' pay. The arbitration had been going on for more than a year.
