IL&FS, Sidbi file insolvency pleas in NCLT

​​​​​IL&FS said that it had filed an application with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on Monday to prepare a resolution plan for itself and 40 group companies, subject to consent from shareholders, creditors and board of directors.
