Sensex rises 100 points in early trade, Nifty touches 11,600

30-share BSE index opened 130 points above previous closing mark at 38,416.65. The broader 50-share NSE index built upon its lead and went on touch the 11,600- milestone for the first time, hitting an all-time high of 11,620.70.
