An Army Major and three soldiers were martyred Tuesday in Gurez in north Kashmir while they were foiling an infiltration bid, reported news agency PTI. Defence minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Saturday asserted that every attempt at infiltration along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir from across the border would be thwarted.
